TitanFlow: What It Is, What It Costs and Where to Buy It

Our score 3.6/5 Decent How we score

TitanFlow is a capsule supplement from Zenith Labs for urinary flow in men over 40. It is one of the few prostate supplements that publishes every amount on its label, so this page compares those amounts with the research, explains the idea behind it, covers who it may suit, what it costs and how its 180-day refund works. We are not the seller; for the detail behind every point, read our full review.

What the research shows, at a glance

TitanFlow itself has not yet been tested in a published study, so these ratings are for its ingredients, from the studies in our full review:

PygeumModest benefit in 18 small trials: symptoms, night-time urination and flow
Pumpkin seedSome: small trials of the oil; whole seeds beat placebo in a large trial
Beta-sitosterolSome, at 60 to 130 mg a day, more than in TitanFlow
Lycopene and broccoli sproutsLimited: little evidence for urinary symptoms
TitanFlow itselfNot yet tested in a published study

Pygeum is the strongest match: a Cochrane review of 18 small trials found modest improvements in urinary symptoms, night-time urination and urine flow in men with an enlarged prostate, and TitanFlow uses the amount listed in European guidance. The trials were short and used standardised extracts, while TitanFlow describes its own as a 4:1 extract. For pumpkin seed, the largest trial gave 1,431 men whole seeds, seed extract capsules or a placebo for a year; the whole seeds did better than placebo.

What the formula gets right

  • Every amount is on the label, so you can see exactly what you take and compare it with the research.
  • Pygeum at the guidance dose, the prostate herb with the most consistent small-trial support.
  • Pumpkin seed oil in the studied range, rather than a token amount.
  • No saw palmetto, which large NIH-funded trials and a 2023 Cochrane review found gave little to no benefit over placebo.
  • A 180-day refund that only asks for unopened bottles back.

The idea behind TitanFlow

The sales page, written in the voice of Dr. Ryan Shelton, a naturopathic doctor who fronts several Zenith Labs products, presents urinary problems in older men as coming partly from a urethra that has lost strength, and describes pumpkin seed oil as supporting the urethra wall. It credits Johns Hopkins research without citing a specific study, and we could not find published research testing that idea.

The usual explanation is benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH): with age, the prostate grows and narrows the urethra, and the bladder adapts over time. TitanFlow’s ingredients are among those studied for BPH symptoms, so you can judge it on that evidence whichever explanation you prefer.

What to expect

In the trials of pygeum and pumpkin seed, the improvements were modest: fewer trips to the bathroom at night and a somewhat stronger flow for some men, rather than a dramatic change. That is a reasonable expectation for TitanFlow too. It is not designed to shrink the prostate, and it is not a replacement for prescribed treatment. If your symptoms are mild and you prefer to try a supplement first, a clearly labelled formula like this, taken for two to three months, is a sensible way to find out whether it helps you.

Get urinary symptoms checked first

Weak flow, urgency and getting up at night usually come from an enlarged prostate, but infections, bladder problems, diabetes and prostate cancer can cause the same symptoms. A doctor can check with a short examination, a urine test and, if needed, a PSA blood test.

  • Seek care straight away if you cannot urinate at all, see blood in your urine, or have painful, urgent urination with fever and chills.
  • Keep your medicines: if you take tamsulosin, finasteride or similar, carry on and tell your doctor about any supplement.

What else helps

Evening fluidsDrink less in the two hours before bed and limit caffeine and alcohol.
Double voidingEmpty your bladder, wait a moment, then try again.
Stay activeRegular activity and a healthy weight are linked to fewer symptoms.
Talk to a doctorFor bothersome symptoms, alpha blockers have far stronger evidence than any supplement.

Which package makes sense?

One bottle costs $69 and three cost $177 ($59 each), plus shipping that is added at checkout; six cost $234 ($39 each) with free US shipping, about $1.30 a day. Three- or six-bottle orders include two digital bonuses, and it is a one-time payment with no subscription. The letter above the order section mentions a $59 price for one bottle, but the order buttons charge $69, so check the total before you pay.

The seller suggests three to six months. Supplement trials for urinary symptoms usually ran for several months, and the refund terms make a larger order lower-risk than usual, because you only send back the bottles you have not opened.

  • One bottle ($69 plus shipping) is a simple first month: note how often you get up at night before and after.
  • Six bottles ($234) give the lowest price per bottle and free shipping, and unopened bottles can still be returned within 180 days of your order.

How to take it

  • The dose: two capsules a day, ideally with your first meal.
  • Give it time: judge it after two to three months, the length of most of the trials.
  • Track two numbers: how many times you get up at night, and how strong your flow is, at the start and every few weeks.
  • Side effects: its ingredients are generally well tolerated in trials; mild stomach upset is the most common complaint with pygeum and pumpkin seed.
  • Keep the bottle away from children, and tell your doctor or pharmacist you are taking it.
